Andre has worked on over 50+ drinking water/desalination/wastewater treatment plants—as large as 140 million liters per day—throughout North America, Europe, and the Caribbean. He leads business operations and development in the Eastern Caribbean. This role fulfills a dual interest for aspects business (green + blue project finance) and technical (design + problem solving, particularly in the industrial wastewater niche). Andre holds an MBA (Finance) from Durham University in the UK; a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Université du Québec; and a Bachelor’s in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph, Canada.

Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Ecohesion Inc., a Barbados-based company focused on making water safe. As Operations Manager, Corey oversees the operation of 16 wastewater systems, managing system performance and client expectations. A key aspect of his role is to evaluate operations processes and to leverage technology to allow man, money and machinery to improve operational efficiency. He has a Master’s degree in Water and Wastewater Engineering from Cranfield University in England and a first class honors undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the West Indies.

Sam has been working in the water and wastewater industry in the Caribbean since the successful completion of his Environmental Engineering degree at the University of Guelph, Canada in 2005. Since then, he has touched on every aspect of the industry starting with plant operation and moving on to installation, commissioning, design, project management, and finally sales and business development at Ecohesion. He has been intimately involved in over 30+ successful MBR projects in the region and continues to provide input to the operations teams throughout the Caribbean while leading operations in Bermuda. Having played a varied number of roles over many islands and projects, Sam has built up an extensive and diverse network of colleagues and leads the group business development with his entrepreneurial vision and drive.

James has 19 years of experience in local operational and property maintenance management. He manages 12 staff members and has controlled maintenance budgets of up to 4 million dollars per year. His knowledge with managing and maintaining both SWRO and MBR systems is unparalleled on the island .

With Dana's passion for in the field hands on experience married with her BSc in Biochemistry and minor in Microbiology, she performs several inorganic tests such as chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen etc along with microscopy analysis. She is currently pursuing a MSc in Environmental Health along with adding to her wastewater operator training after obtaining her class I and II levels and will be pursuing her class III in November 2021. Dana strongly believes that life is about learning and applies this mentality to how she tackles challenges, often looking outside of the box and exploring all possibilities.
