COREY JACKMAN
Group Director OperationsCo-Founder and Operations Manager of Ecohesion Inc., a Barbados-based company focused on making water safe. As Operations Manager, Corey oversees the operation of 16 wastewater systems, managing system performance and client expectations. A key aspect of his role is to evaluate operations processes and to leverage technology to allow man, money and machinery to improve operational efficiency. He has a Master’s degree in Water and Wastewater Engineering from Cranfield University in England and a first class honors undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the West Indies.

ANDRE QUESNEL
Group Director TechnicalAndre has worked on over 50+ drinking water/desalination/wastewater treatment plants—as large as 140 million liters per day—throughout North America, Europe, and the Caribbean. He leads business operations and development in the Eastern Caribbean. This role fulfills a dual interest for aspects business (green + blue project finance) and technical (design + problem solving, particularly in the industrial wastewater niche). Andre holds an MBA (Finance) from Durham University in the UK; a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Université du Québec; and a Bachelor’s in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph, Canada.

SAM NIELANDS
Group Director Business DevelopmentSam has a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, Canada. From 2004 to present he has moved from plant operations to director of sales & engineering for Ecohesion helping design, build and start-up over 30 water/wastewater treatment plants in the Caribbean region.
